    :sigh: HI GUYS SO PI**ED OFF TODAY I' VE HAD A REAL LOW DAY, IN SUCH BAD FORM, HAVE STUCK TO DIET TO THE LETTER ONLY 1.5 PDS OFF THIS WEEK. I HAVE OFFICAL WEIGH-IN ON MON SO KEEPING FINGERS CROSSED I'II HAVE MORE WEIGHT OFF. HAVE BEING THINKING ABOUT FOOD ALL DAY :cry:I REALLY NEED A KICK UPTHE ASS

    Awwww - cum on hun, it aint that bad! My scales AINT EFFING BUDGED all week!!!!!!!!!

    BUT - the fat is melting, there's no way on earth that my body isnt burning this fat off - I bet if you have a slow 1 or even 2 week losses the following week its not then all evens out!

    Dont let it beat you - you know that if you do this it WILL WORK !!!!

    Phew - was that a stern enough talking toooooooo!

    hey there - don't be soooo down !!!

    happened to me too - only lost 1lb in week4.....STICK WITH IT !!! you CANNOT fail to lose weight on so few calories....bet it's fluid retention, constipation.....

    the weight will come off - please please don't give up - you're doin so well !!!

    look forward to hearin bout your loss on Monday....STAY STRONG !!

    Hey Sasha...i lost NONE this week. You should have hopped aboard here first thing. The girls here are so supportive. Here is my usual advice. Have a lovely bath, go to bed aerly and tomorrow is another day so do not give up. You are succeeding at thins, you know.

    Good, nice one! I've got a fued with my scales, I kid you not they aint moved I'm stuck at 13st! Everytime I get on them each morning now as its a battle of wills when it aint moved I actually stick my fingers up and swear at them!!!!!
    And I swear - I've not cheated since I started 4 wks ago!
    some of our fat cells are a lot more stubborn than others so its just taking extra time, effor and water dealing with these ones... I'm not sure if that is actually factual - but I believe it xxxxx

    Oh God, thats an awful thing. No movement on the scales for 4 weeks????? Well done TimeForMe for keeping going! Now thats sticking power.

    Sorry Annie - I meant no change for this week, I've lost 18lbs wk 1 - 3 but the scales aint budged this week hun! I get weighed Mon 1st thing and whatever I weight Fri I weigh Mon and its the same as what I weighed last week xxxx

    I didn't lose anything for 2 weeks at one point but I kept the faith and lost 9lbs the third week so hang on in there!

    Well, that's just spurred me on for my scales sticking! If they dont move for the next 2 weeks and I then lose 9lbs on the 3rd - I'll be happy with that xxx

    I have sticky scales and very determined fat cells too! I'm trying not to weigh everyday but after the first brill loss it's hard not to -but 6 days and no loss is a hard thing to deal with - I could feel my resolve depart and the urge to say 's*d it' and eat almost overwhelming, but as I've read it can go as long as 2 weeks (gulp!) then I'll just not weigh and follow time4ME example and stick fingers up to those evil scales instead of leaping on!

    Stick with it, think of the weight loss as an average add it all up and devide by the weeks you have been on, looks like you have lost an average of 8lbs a week in 3 weeks! some times your body needs to catch up x
