Feeling alone!

In my family it has always been a case of me being the bigger one! I'm determined to get this excess stone off but I don't really have anyone to help support me in my family! Just looking for someone following the same path as me so I've got someone to share my ups , downs and this roller coaster ride with!

I'm following Slimming world and so far it's going okay, I'm sorry to hear about that. It's nice that we can get through this together

It is really nice to have help to struggle through on bad days and enjoy the good days with, everyone on here is so lovely too =)

I have had an okay today but went shopping and bought some snacks which I am now regretting because I know i will eat them all far too quickly =(
