Feeling hungry - what treats do you have

These last few days I have felt like I could pig out - I've resisted. Tonight I've Sucked slowly on a packet of Cheetos (only 3.5syns) but it's not hitting the spot. I've lost 4lb 10oz this week and it's the beginning of week 7 and so I dont want to spoil it already I've got a lot to lose

Help - what do you snack on
 
I've banned literally every non SW friendly food from my house so if I want to eat I pretty much have to cook something. The one exception being fruit, so that's my go-to on the rare occasions that I need a snack. :)
 
I always try to snack on free foods and save my syns for when I actually need them (usually the evenings hah)
Yogurts and fruit are my go to's for when i'm hungry
 
I snacked on SW friendly sausage rolls.

I had them for dinner the other night but had left overs.

You make them using WW white wraps, 2 sausage rolls to one wrap so either 3 syns each or you can class 2 as HEB.

I'll have to look for these wraps I've stayed away from bread/wraps thinking they are a no no but then struggle some days for dinner at work xxx
