Hi
I have been on S&S for 6 days today and in ketosis, but for the last 3 days am constantly feeling sick!!
Only ordered shakes and am on 4 shakes a day n have my milk allowance and that all. Am taking anti sickness but it doesn't help. I drink between 3-4L of water.
When will this pass please?
