Feeling so down hearterned

I just cant shift any pounds , this week has been ridiculous !!
Today I have been on a downer and instead of breakfast, I ate 2 cream eggs at church , then 2 biscuits (pastry) , then 2 warbatons baps with jam on and a bowl of golden grahams... thinking that would cheer me up ! ]
But I just am too down that nothings working this week.
I dont slup up at all and stick to a low fat diet ! I had to post cos if i dont , I will just quit , I know !

dont quit, we all (i hope!) have a bad week.
you should have your bad day, get it over and then start a fresh from tomorrow. i'm by no means innocent on this diet, but i find i stick to it better if i write a meal plan at the start of the week.
I do breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks and how much excercise i plan to do.
so long as i can really stick to it, then i do well. last week i didn't feel great, i had no apetite and didn't take lunches to work, by 2pm my nausea had gone and i had no food, i ended up snacking on crisps, chocolate etc and gained a pound.
dont worry though, i'm sure you'll do fine, dont quit.
theres loads of people on here who i'm sure have felt like you do, and got through it, people will support you on here, chin up xx

uve lost 5 pounds thats fantastic!!! dont give up! tomorrow is a new day get back on track and imagine urself looking HOT HOT HOT!!!! x

The thing is , I dont actually have time for exersise as I have the children 24/7. But do walk everywhere and I live in a tiny village which I have to walk to next one to do the things I need doing... I do that few times a week with the pushchair and my 2 year old. Im constantly running around after them and Im always sweating(thats why I know that i am burning ) . So dont understand what the problem is !!
Some of the days , I was 400 cals under my 1400 plan ! I just dont understand !! Fed up !

you maybe not eating enough doll? 1000 cals doesn't seem like a lot xx

That was only a couple of the days , most the days Im hitting 1300-1350

aww hun - just stick with it and you will start to lose weight - honest.

you're about the same weight as me and i cant exercise at all but...i am losing slowly but surely ...and so will you.

the peeps who are losing lots were heavier than you to start with so please dont get down about your weight loss.

i'm just gonna put up a post about how bad i've been today :eek:

Lea hun stick with it....the more we worry and think about weight loss we actually stop our bodies from losing....don't think of diet think of lifestyle change...it doesn't place a burden on you then !

Eat healthily and just enjoy your kids and watch them enjoying you ......when you feel down think a happy thought hun.....happiness creates the right mood to lose those pounds.......walking is a good exercise......the past couple of weeks i have tried numerous exercises....I am only losing pounds by walking in my fat burning zone (bought my polar hrm and chest strap)...although running and aerobics are a good exercise they burn carbs and less fat...so no weightloss in 1 week...

STAY STRONG xxxxxxxx

You really are lovely ! All of you and so supportive !!

I woke up this morning and feel much better, jumped on scales and I weigh 2 llbs less ( even though I ate about 2100 calories yesterday lol ) I think I needed to get that binge out of my system.

Thank you so much everyone for your fab words but iM BACK ON TRACK !

Glad to see you are sticking with it. I have only been doing the tablets for 4 days and as yet the scales have not moved which as you know is disheartning. It is reading the comments on here from the girls that will keep me going

The only thing I will say is: the more you worry and stress over losing the weight your brain tells your body not to...so instead of feeling down and in doubt do the following....so everyone weigh yourself once a week only....better a surprise at the end of a week......

Its so hard though with having the scales in the house. My official weigh in, is the ones at the doctors surgery in the corridor, I really should get rid of my home ones !

i have my scales in the kitchen so walk past them all the time lol......just try not to jump on them all the time...I weigh myself about midweek and if the scales haven't moved much I really push my workouts for a few days and then weigh and log it on a Sunday xxxxx

i couldn't have scales in my house, no way! i'd be completely obsessed.
yeas ago i had bulimia and i used to weigh myself every time i ate anything and then again when i had been sick. would be afraid to have them in case i developed the same obsession!
once a week, 9.45 or thereabouts on a saturday morning in boots is good for me these days x

So glad you got over your illness Zoso, my Daughter also suffered with bulimia so I understand where you are coming from.....

I have the scales in the kitchen and the treadmill in the dining room great deterrent against over eating lol xxxxx

thanks love. in all honesty, i miss it every single day, for me its like what an alcoholic would be like when on the wagon! i used it mostly as a tool to help when i had something stressing me, at school and college it was exams, later it was when my marriage broke up etc, but i'm not going back to it, no matter how fat i am. (feeling down about the weight again today!) x
PS, i really admire your discipline x

Its hard to find something to fill the void...my Daughter used to say bulimia and self harm was her escape
that it was the only thing she controlled...........so now you can turn it around and use a healthy weight loss as a control....I am here if you need to talk.......hun don't be sad about your weight your on the right track and together we can all do this together.......we are only human and yes it can get us down but its not worth upsetting yourself over...stay strong Zoso I have every faith in you and your achievements xxxxx

I only work well with routine and discipline without it I would fail.......I have my twins coming up in August for their 21st Birthday and I want to surprise them with my weight loss.....after losing both my parents a couple years back my purpose in life changed...before I had gone beyond caring...but I was a wakened with "I wanna be here for my kids" and I want to be able to take them out and do adventurous things especially go ape in the trees lol xxxxx

PS, cant believe you have twins at 21 and a daughter too, you look so youthful! i'm sure they'll be so proud of you when they see you xxx
