Feels wrong!


Slowly but surely!
I feel like im eating loads! Which compared to the other diets ive done feels so wrong, im even dreading my first weigh in as im terrified ive put on, ive looked at some other diaries and think ive been eating more than others so going to cut back, could someone experienced take a look at my food diary and let me know their thoughts?

Also should we be watching our portions, or can you really eat as much as you like lol??
