I just have a few questions to ask all you Exantiettes that are experienced on the plan.

    1) can you drink tea and coffee?
    2) can you use sugar free gum?
    3) what do you use to stop constipation?
    4) how much and what exercise do you do?

    Thanks is advance. x x x

    Love Lottie x x x

Hiya lottie, not too expereinced just completed my first week on exante, but will try and answer a couple of your questions.

    1) can you drink tea and coffee? You can drink plain tea & coffee no milk or sugar added, I know some people add sweetners but not sure that is allowed. You can have peppermint or green tea but no fruit teas.
    2) can you use sugar free gum? No apparently not
    3) what do you use to stop constipation? Water, water, water or psylinum husks
    4) how much and what exercise do you do? Not started major excersise, still just walking around but with the weather being as it is, I will start skipping for 20mins a day

Hope that helps, good luck with exante

    Thank you Barbie. x x
I don't mind drinking lots of water as I quite like it...sad I know.
I don't fancy black tea or coffee though...I wonder what they taste like with a little of the vanilla shake in them.
I shall maybe try it if I can't drink my tea black.

I have purchased a tredmill so for the next few weeks I think I will do 30 mins power walking everyday and see how I go.

Good luck with your weight loss Barbie. x x

Thanks.... Ah yes I forgot, you can add vanilla to your coffee or tea, not sure about the tea though, could taste funny.

I mix my chocolate morning shake with coffee to make like a mocha / latte.

Wow if you can skip for 20 minutes a day then you are already pretty damn fit !!!

Tablet sweeteners are ok, not powder and they recommend splenda sweeteners as it does not have aspartame in it.

    3lbs !! yey!!

    I dont know now! :(
Oh I was wandering about tea too but I dont have alot of milk anyway so cutting out altogether should not be difficult.

I have ordered Hannah Watermans Body Blitz DVD to get me started, as I hear you can do it in 10 minute bursts which I think will be handy.
