Fibre Sure

Looked for Fibresure in Boots and Superdrug yesterday and I couldn't find it to order with my Teco shopping. Does anyone else sell it?

bought fibre sure capsules....they were quite expensive thou and to be fair its only those psyllium husk things you can get them from holland and barratt....still havent been thou!!! gonna have some espresso in the morning!!!!!!!!

I asked my cdc today about it, as i have a problem with going to the loooo and she said to get the fibre sure, or any that is fibre that is in powder form, not the gels as they contain a sugary base, go for the powder form.

I just bought some today and have started taking them - hopefully it won't take me too long as I'm hoping that's whats causing me not to lose too much this week as I have been 100%SS!

it cerainly hasnt taken me long...i took 2 last night had en espresso this morning and ive gone from one extreme to the other!!!
