Fifth Time Lucky???

Hi BTT. I've re-started recently and the first 3-4 days are very hard. I tried to keep myself really busy and drank lots of water and some paracetamol. I also kept in mind how good I would feel psychologically when I wake the next day knowing I had managed one more day. I did feel better as each day went by.. i'm now on day 10 and feel buzzing. My appetite is much less and so much energy. You just need to focus on getting through 1 day at a time. Good luck.
