LUN: Bachelors Ham and leek pasta made with water-1 syn and 1 Laughing cow cheese triangle(HA), added mushrooms. Also 21g reduced fat cheddar on top!(HA) Mullerlight yoghurt.

DIN: Homemade chips made with frylight, 3 quorn sausages, mushy peas, homemade mushroom and onion gravy-4 tblsp-1 syn plus 2 oxo cubes.

DESERT!! Made wonderful fromage frais today, plain no fat with added sweetner and strawberry flavouring!!! Beautiful and free!! So had Blackcurrent jelly made from sugar free chyrstals-0.8syn for 225ml, with strawberry flavoured fromage frais on top!! YUM!!

SUP: 3 Weightwatchers toast(HB), 2 Laughing cow cheese triangles(HA), 21g reduced fat cheddar(HA). Freddo-5.5 syns, milky bar-3.5 syns.

Mullerlight yoghurt before the gym.

DIN: Turkey burgers(HB) plus 1 syn for breadcrumbs in them, sweet potatoes, peas, 1 tblsp BBQ sauce-1 syn, 2 Laughing cow extra light cheese triangles(HA), spring onions.

V low fat fromage frais, sweetened to taste with granular sweetner, with an options choc drink sachet added-choc&hazlenut-FIT!-2 syns. Didn't want to use syns today so this is my lowest choc option in!! 1 tbsp dark chioc ice cream sauce-1.5 syn.

Off to see the Stereophonics!! Saved 29.98 syns last 3 days and have total 15 for today so gives me...drum roll please....44.98 syns! So can have maybe have 2-3 pints of standard larger and not feel too bad. I don't think they will do light versions anyway!!
