02/09/2010 Hr cardio and weigh innnnn gained 3lbs! Whoops! Reackon that loss last week was a) a fluke b? scales were on the blink!! I am exactly to the kg point the same weight as wk before so not bothered! Low syning to choc out on Sat anywho!

11/09/2010 Off to a wedding today so saved 63.5 syns including todays 15, so using about 25 for the meal and then 38.5 on alcohol.

LUN at wedding: Starter of mushrooms with risotto, breadcrumbs, salad. Veg lasagne. Bit of choc of the desert, 1 mint choc- about 40 syns in total.

DIN: Bachelors tom+onion pasta+sauce, added quorn sausage, mushrooms, 2 laughing cow extra light cheese triangles(HA). Mullerlight yoghurt.

DRINKS at wedding: Lots!! Stuck to vodka+diet coke but I have no idea how many!!

3 pieces of pizza, 1 small piece of quiche-again no idea of syns just writing this off as a 1 off!
