Hi!

No I don't get bored I had gall stones years ago and was a no fat diet so ate loads of the low fat stuff anyway so Im just used to it now!! I also have probs with a hiatus hernia so again plain ish foods are the order of the day so pasta does get abused! But it does work, a friend recommended because she knew how much pasta I ate anyway!

How are you finding it?

A little bit! I was only setting myself a realistic target, as in I have only ever been 11st at my lightest and is just about top end of current weight for my height. But if I carry onto lose well thats just a MASSIVE BONUS!! It will feel weird I have always been used to being the large lady!

You are not too far off either? You've lost lots more than me! Keep going its amazing!!:):)

LUN: Bachelors tom+onion pasta+sauce made with water, added mushrroms, quorn sausage. Weightwatchers yoghurt, pear, 2 cans coke zero. 1 Babybell light (HA).

DIN: Pasta+veg sauce-0.44 syns for tom puree.
