Well well well...back after 2 and half weeks off as had a festival, 2 gigs a wedding and a bday day out so stuck to low syning 2-3 days a week, rest were rwrites offs. So here goes got weighed 09/07/2011 10 stone 6 lbs so gained 7lbs and this is why I do SW!! People ask and I say I can put half stone on in a week of drinking and over eating!! Anyways going back to 10 syns per day in week, 15 at weekend, here goes....

Had done rest of my food diary but stupid computer has crashes and I can not be arsed re-doing. So used 35 syns Sunday so stuck to 73.5 syns this weekend.

06/08/2011 Weekend and weigh in...o nooo here goes...10 stone 3.5lbs lost 0.75lbs again, seems slow but better than nothing!! Got 62.5 syns taking off ydays from 10 mon-fri, 15 sat-sun total 80.

Ok Long Time No See!!! Been off plan for good 6 weeks as been away on Hol and had several parties etc. So I am back on to lose a stone for Xmas, I weighed 10 stone 6lbs before my hol but not going to weigh in for 2 weeks yet to allow my body to settle dow. Also joining gym in nxt few weeks so that should hopefully help weight loss this time!! Pretty much going to do same as last time all greens days and save syns for weekends, it worked 1st time around so I trust it will again!!
