20/09/2010 Off on me hols!! WOOOO! Saved about 77-111 (giving 10-15 a day). Up early so think I'm having:

I'm back and totally over syned as expected. Did keep a hand written food diary so when I get weighed can see how much I gained with what I ate. On ave used about 60-100 syns a day!!! SHOCK!! O well back on it now ready for Xmas!!

Hi! Thanks! Although I get weighed for first time after my 2 week hol in 2 days so a big gain is expected!!

I haven't really got a new goal I was happy losing 20lbs, maybe thinking 10 stone so just a few more pounds. I am not doing classes so soon (once hol weight off) need to find out how to maintain! Me Mums already saying 'you're losing too much!!!!'.

How you finding slimming world?
