Yesterday I pulled a muscle at work. While sitting Hahahaha no idea how. But I woke up and it didn't hurt too bad. When I got on the treadmill, yep, it hurt bad. Now I'm limping. I'm extremely stupid sometimes lol. I shouldn't have went. I couldn't even finish my 3 miles because of the pain.
I worked on the upper body today. Still resting my leg. It's not hurting as much. I hope I can continue training tomorrow. I don't know how else to describe it, but I'm not ok if I don't work out. I crave it. I miss it. I can't believe how much I've fallen in love with it.
It's 8:35 in the morning and I'm not in a good mood. Went to the gym and did less than 14 minutes because I have shin splints. These things suck. I'm really pissed off.
I'm doing the 10k app, so there's running including in that...that's why my time is faster. The estimated calories...I'm sure are higher than what shows since I weigh more but that's ok.
She goes back to the doctors on Friday to find out if she'll be able to do the marathon with me. She hasn't been listening and didn't stay off her feet. If she can't do it, she'll transfer the registration in my name. I'll have to do it alone.
I'm scared I won't finish. 4 months and 6 days away.
