Hang in there Girls, though I'm still sure you must be eating something wrong, just a case of finding what and eliminating it that's all.

Thats what my scales were like so I had to shake it up a bit.... I've cut out everything processed, up'd my water intake & stopped snacking so much & making my 3 meals more substantial & its really made a difference this week... I am really looking forward to weigh in day on monday!!

If I've not lost anything by Sunday I'm gonna lose the jelly for a week and see if it makes any difference. It's gonna kill me since I discovered making it with lemonade - it's delish :cry:

Would you class cheese strings as processed? Pepperami? Even though they have no carbs? :confused:

we have to stick with it. bound to have good and bad weeks. only wish the good outweighed the bad

Personally I would cut them out for a week & see what happens. I've cut out my beloved chorizo & all hard cheeses. I will re-introduce them one at a time & just see what happens.

Goats cheese & philly (not over my 4oz/120g) limit!

I haven't been tho... I've had serious carb creep & had to give myself a strict talking too & do something about it. Atkins is like every diet tho... it only works if you follow it properly & I wasn't for a while!

Induction suits me & I should've stayed on it for longer rather than trying to move up the rungs before I was ready.... so back to basics right now!!
