Finger rolls

Argh I can't find my book and fancing hot dogs one night.

Does anyone know how many syns are in a finger roll and if there is such thing as a wholemeal finger roll does it class as a heb like a small wholemeal roll is?

If you can find a wholemeal finger roll, and it weighs 60g then it'll qualify as a HEb. Alternatively, you can calculate the syns of a white one using the 1syn for every 20 cals rule as bread contains no free food allowance HTH!
Also bear in mind hotdogs have syns too
