Hi there i believe it is quite normal to have constipation and be windy, great ways to combat this is to have some high fibre, healthy extras, the ones with 2f, (ff) in the book and lots of water will help.

I find garlic makes me very windy, but as long as i drink lots of water the constipation is a short lived thing that happens at the beginning.

Thanks. Its slowly getting better and i am losing so even though feel bloated and eating loads its good. won't complain too much. Would love some advice as going away Thursday til Sunday and dreading food or lack of :-/

BAD BAD DAYS

Started off good but went visiting friends that only tend to see once a year so ate take aways and consumed lots of alcohol so am not going to list it all as it won't be good.

My own fault and have put on 3lbs so. Back on it today and fingers crossed will get rid again this week x
