Fingers crossed food diary !!!

Have been on SW for five weeks now.
One week i was naughty and put on three pounds and this weekend i had a load of alcohol ;-) but still lost a pound.
In total though really pleased as have lost 13lbs. I try and make sure I have most syns usually wine and always have my 2 HEb's and 1 or 2 HEa's .
Thanks for commenting. Gets quite lonely in here ;-)
 
Tuesday - RED DAY
Breakfast
Fruit salad with FF vanilla yog

Lunch
Chicken wholemeal roll (HEb)
Diet Pepsi
Apple
Banana

Dinner
Poached chicken with leeks and green beans
Can of strongbow (8 syns)

Snacks
Banana
Mini ryvitas (HEb)

4 x white chocolate fingers (6 syns????? Can't find value for this)

Way over syns but tired and emotional today :-( was going to have another cider too but have a tiny bit of willpower left.....

This started off as a Red Day but then ate out lunch time and with the help of Malibu (thank you for your prompt help) I changed it to an Extra Easy Day.

Thanks. I found it really difficult when I was planning my first week but now in the swing of red. It is nice to see someone else similar because I can't usually find a lot of red people. If you have any ideas on syn free or low syn snacks that would be great as getting slightly bored of the same things x

I struggle on that side too, only just so many slices of ham, egg and chicken etc you can have lol
Just been chatting to a close friend who has got to goal doing only EE....she has asked me to really try and give it a go - not sure, its not in my comfort bracket but who knows:eek:

I feel the same. I've been told the weight piss wouldn't be as big every week but still a loss.... I think I'll wait til I get to my goal and then try it regular. At least if we get stuck eating out like I did yesterday then can change to ee easily x
