It's often tricky if you decide not to do the stabilisation plans as they restore the glycogen/water balance and bring you metabolism back up again.

But it can be done, just have to accept that there maybe some slow/STS weeks at the beginning depending on the macros and calories that you are eating.

Try not to go under 1200kcals and assuming you don't blip, the weight should start coming off again. Obviously at these calories, which is probably the safest minimum without 'packs', weight loss will be relatively slow, and there is likely to be STS weeks as it is after a period of any diet.

If you are still looking for weight loss you need to be very patient (KD looks at Lyndzi's diary) and watch those 'blips' ;)
