Yep thats me done...

Yeah it was freezing lol but cold chicken is ok, Had a 4oz chicken breast with BBQ seasoning on it... Lettuce Peppers and onions and balsamic vinegar...

It was such a big portion(but I followed it too the T ) Well I think I did, it said a small breakfast bowl of salad...

I am SO STUFFED!! and Im really frightened Ive eaten too much and I feel really guilty for eating!!!

and also... It took me such a long time to eat it... But at no point did I feel full until after I had finished the plate!!!

So does that mean Im going to have the same old problem of over eating because my body wont tell me im full????

ur portion size will b fine hun! but if ur worried about over eatting what about putting smaller portions on smaller plates maybe its a physcological thing ur mind telling u ur not full untill all ur foods gone?

Hmmm yeah!! that might be a good idea!!

And I know that all the fish and stuff I have cut up is smaller portions than the chicken I just had!!
