It's strange to get used to them (not that i'm saying i get loads by any means!!). Met someone i'd not seen since January last night, her reaction was ace - screamed and said "oh my god you've lost so much weight!"

It's weird, but i tend to 'forget' that it must be so obvious to some people, lol. And it doesn't feel like i've lost as much as i have - probably because it's been so quick and feels so alien to me.

Enjoy the compliments, everyone, we're all doing a great job and deserve to enjoy our successes and all the support and loveliness that comes with it

Hang in there, I got back from an activity filled 5 days at my sisters and my scales hadn't moved either!!!! Boo hiss! I HATE scales!!!!!!! To make matters worse, my clothes don't seem looser either!!!!!

It`s a great feeling when u get compliments.. iv just started having them 2 .. i went to my work lasdt night and a few people that havent seen me in a while sort of did a double take at me lol but never said nothing xx
