first day food diary

I am on the first day/ first week and have picked my menu for the first week from the last 2 RC magazines as my book hasn't arrived yet. I changed the weights on the breakfast though as I can't eat porridge without golden syrup. I also don't like milk, but will eat yoghurt so have swapped things around.

Breakfast:
28g porridge oats 105 cals
70ml sk milk & 110ml water 30 cals
21g golden syrup 65 cals

Lunch:
50g wholemeal pitta bread
50g low fat humous
mixed salad

Dinner:
Wine braised pork (march RC mag)
75g new potatoes
leeks/cabbage
carrots
small yoghurt (60 cals)

snacks:
12 grapes 50 cals
1 kiwi & 5 grapes 50 cals
1 muller light yog 100 cals

I would be grateful if one of you seasoned RC dieters can have a look at this and tell me if its ok with the changes I have made.
