So after so many failed attempts 2day Monday 15th April, i am going to put all my heart & soul in2 this diet! Wish me luck every1!

I won't officially b weighing in till sat but have enough shakes 2 last me till then as iv bn trying on & off for a few weeks now, only 2 end up putting more weight on by the end of every wk its jst getting ridiculous!! Enough is enough. I will b making a diary jst to keep a wee track on how I'm doing....10's here I come! xx :)

So after getting home & re counting my shakes turns out I don't have enough 2 last me till sat :( I'm one short. So therefore i had a shake for breakfast & lunch 2day then a meal at dinner time . Day 1 without food will now start 2moro!! xx
