If you do find your still really hungry you can always have an extra pack... I find ss to little for me so do ss+ 4 packs or 3 and a 200 cal meal...but splitting the packs is great too...
Good luck and keep glugging that 2.25litres of water a day...

I will do that lol and I already guggle all my 2.5 ltrs maybe a cuppa will do

Just keep drinking if your hungry, i was doing 4 litres a day first few weeks, but now the 2.25litres is fine, still always soooo thirsty in the morning though,,,,must be all the trips to the loo at nite lol
