First Day!

Day 14=

Had my weigh in tonight :) Lost 2lbs so thats 6lb in 2 weeks :) Im quite happy with that esp as my clothes are starting to feel so much loser! Im now on the 1400 calorie plan but will prob not have a treat everyday.

B/fast= sugar puffs green tea
am P/S= 12 grapes, green tea
Lunch= soup under 150 cal and 5% fat, muller light yog, green tea.
pm P/S= 2 kiwis
Dinner= small jacket pot and salad- not sure how many calories and fat are in a small potato? i just cooked it in microwave.

might have a little treat tonight :)
 
Day 15=

today was been quite hard..cnt get my head round the treats i can have now. also had a day where i cldnt stop feelin hungry! think it had something to do with bin that time of the month...

b/fast= fruit and fibre, green tea, apple
am p/snack- 12 grapes, green tea.
Lunch= soup under 150 cal, muller light yog, apple.
pm p/snack= 2 kiwis
dinner= ww pasta and salad.

no exercise today...day off!

Day 16- bit better today
b/fast= 1 weetabix and 1 banana, green tea.
am p/snack= apple
lunch= chicken wrap under 300 cal, diet yog-under 60 cal and 5% fat, diet indian tonic water.
pm p/snack= satsuma, green tea.
Dinner= chicken salad, raspberry jelly, water and green tea.

45min workout at gym
 
Not been on for a while!

Still sticking to it thou and the only treats i have allowed myself is a skinny vanilla latte on sunday, a few percy pigs and muller light yogs!

Was my third weigh in today and lost another 3.5lbs-that totals 8.5lbs in 3 weeks! am soooo pleased-got my half a stone certificate tonight and cldnt stop smiling :) my clothes feel so much more comfortable too :)
Bring on the next half thats wot i say!
will try to keep reporting my food diary as of tom! :D
