Well along with most people on here I am having a new start with the new year. Need to kick start my weightloss again after a very long plateau which lasted most of last year! I spent some time reading through the forums yesterday and selected some new recipes to make this week. The first of which I've just made - spicy cauliflower and broccoli soup! Mmm! I made enough to take to work for lunch the next few days and for a tasty mid afternoon snack for today!
