Hi everyone, feeling much better now and going back to work on Monday. Not been sticking to low carb while I was ill but not put any weight on. Will start again on Monday. Xx

Not a bad day today although not as low carb.

B = 2 slices Toast with butter & 2 Eggs, multi vitamin juice
L = Cheese crackers (made of melted cheese)& Pepperoni
D= Tomato & Onion salad, Tomato soup, sourdough bread & butter
 
Sounds pretty good Tessa - I remember when i was doing low carb, leafy greens with protein really helped me lose weight, maybe get a bit of spinach or steamed greens in too? x
 
More of a medium carb day today but stayed in calorie allowance 🙂

B = 2 toast, butter and 2 eggs, glass of orange juice
L = 2 chocolate hazelnut biscuits
D = Egg fried rice, cucumber salad

B = 2 Soda farls, Butter, 2 Eggs, Orange juice
L = Sourdough bread, houmous, tomato & Feta cheese
D = low carb cheese roll (homemade), tomato, onion, mayonnaise & 2 quorn burgers
S = 2 plums, half an apple, walnuts, 2 squares chocolate

back to lower carb tomorrow. 🙂 x

Low carb is working although since I had flu I have bern more medium carb. I have a few days off after tomorrow and will see if I can plan better again. Today was quite healthy apart from breakfast.

B = Custard doughnuts
L = Ham Sandwich, 1 tomato
D = veggie con carne, 1 toast
S = walnuts, yogurt with oats, honey ,berries & mango, 1 plum, 1 orange, 2 squares chocolate

I hate that fruit and veg is higher carb. I need more vitamins for me to get better at the moment.
 
Bit better today still medium carb though.

B = 2 multigrain toast with butter and ham, orange juice
L = left over veg chillie con carne, sour dough bread and 2 tomatoes
D = salmon, baked broccoli with cheese sauce
S = orange, plum & 1 cream egg
