Mums are great. Glad your feeling a bit better. I am ok. Just watched the figure ice skating. Wish I had better balance I would have tried to become a professional skater. Had hot dogs on baguette while watching it xx

I had a chicken pasta bake followed by Pringles and more chocolate!! Really not had a good day food wise but I'm still within points xx

Not very good but tomorrow I am getting back to watching what I eat and stick to about 1600 calories. Just finished eating biscuits. My last for a few months

Hope everyone is ok after the storm yesterday. Took me ages to get home last night. Had more calories then planned as well due to waiting time spent in pub .
