First Stone gone many more to go

Stressful day at work. Not helped by working with people I have not much in common with.

Anyway, had a good low carb day today.

B = 2 seeded wholemeal toast, butter and marmite
L = 2 seeded wholemeal, butter, salami, ham, cheese & lettuce
D = frying steak, broccoli, single cream and stilton sauce
S = apple, homemade banana cake
 
Star Wars day at work today. We even had a few colleagues dressed up to raise money for the walking with giants charity.

Food wad ok apart from carrot cake for charity 🙂

B = 2 seeded wholemeal toast with butter and blue castello
L = 2 rye bread with garlic sausage + 2 Tomatoes
D = Salad with Tuna, cheese and eggs, home made yogurt & cream cheese dressing
S = raspberries with yoghurt, walnuts, carrot cake
 
Not low carb today but quite good though.
Done about 2hours of walking as well.

B = 2 croissants, butter
L = yogurt, berries honey
D = Nacho kit, cheese and sour cream
1 Becks Blue
 
We had friends round for dinner today. Will be a while til I see them again as they moving back down South. Such a shame ad I inly know a couple of other people up here. Won't have much if a social life now:(

B = Wholemeal toast with butter, bacon and egg
D = aubergine and spinach curry, rice, as all bit of hubbies nan bread then brownies and ice cream
S = after dinner mint, crisps, budweiser, wine
 
Had a very good day today and stayed low carb completely unplanned :)
Went for a 5-6mile walk today unfortunately hubby got a bit of heat stroke. He's fine now though.

B = Bacon and egg toast
D = chicken thighs with onion, peppers, courgette, chopped tomatoes and garlic
S = crisps, chocolate ice cream
 
Ouch to the heat.stroke. hope he is ok
 
Last day at work before my holidays today. Not been too strict thus week and will restart again when back from my mums. As my mum has Alzheimer's I will be in charge if cooking. Mainly be healthy food but not low carb. I will count calories instead. Xx
 
At my mum's . Not the easiest of holidays but nice to catch up with some friends and meeting brothers new girlfriend. At least U can cook light meals which will help with not gaining too much weight. 🙂
 
Back home from my visit at my mum. It was nice although at times challenging.
Anyway I am easing myself into healthy eating and lowering my carbs again although not quite as low yet as I am still of work another week.

B = Sourdough toast and scrambled eggs
D = Greek potatoes, Gyros, Tzaziki & a little Salad
S = vanilla ice, strawberries, cream
Mango, Blueberries, yoghurt and honey
 
Hu everyone, back at work now. Eating a lot if fruit and veg si not really low carb at the moment. Sticking to the small portions frim the plan I followed though.

B = 2 slices best of both & pate from Germany
L = salad with cheese and corned beef, 2 slices ryevita
D = 2 wholemeal pitta, lamb steak, red pepper houmous, spinach + 1 Tomato
S = watermelon, Peaches, 25g crisps, small Balisto chocolate bar
