Food today

Before WI = 1 crisp bread with 5g cream cheese
B = omelette with spinach, mushrooms, light cheddar + 1 slice wholemeal toast with half tsp butter
L = 40g hand cooked crisps with a little leftover homemade houmous
D = crusty white roll, mayonnaise, 2 quorn burgers, light processed cheese, tomato and onion
S = 3 gingerbread hearts from Aldi

4points over but that's ok xx
 
Really nice relaxing day today. Done cleaning. Some cooking for the next 2 days and went to fireworks display on the Mersey.

Food today

L = slice rye bread with half tsp butter and half tin sardines in tomato sauce, 1 apple
D = Mediterranean vegetables and 2 chicken thighs followed by a WW citrus yogurt

went to a bonfire and nice firework display at a local pub. Love fireworks

D = homemade WW butternut squash soup and 50 g tortilla chips
S = berries and yogurt, apple, WW sticky toffee snack bar, 2 ginger bread hearts
 
Had a lovely evening at the cinema watching Bohemian rhapsody. Want to watch it again.

B = 1 slice Ryebread , half tsp butter, low fat cottage cheese
L = 3 slices wholemeal bread, tsp mayonnaise, cucumber lettuce, 2 slices salami
D = 60g wholemeal pasta, quorn Bolognese & a little parmesan
S = WW citrus yogurt, apple, satsuma, nice biscuit
Cinema snacks= 3 Maoam strips , 6 pieced Starmix, 4 minstrels

Watched chrismas light switch on in one shopping village today followed by fireworks.

Might try that dinner myself this weekend. Also hoping to get to Bohemian Rhapsody this weekend.
 
So tired today. Didn't sleep much last night. Tried to sleep by listening to some music but that didn't help either.

L = 2 Slices wholemeal bread, tsp mayonnaise, 30g light cheddar, onion and a slice roast pork loin + 2 Tomatoes
D = oven chips, lightly dusted lemon dole, garden peas
S = fat free yogurt with berries, 2 apples,
WW sticky toffee snack bar
