First week - 200g of veg is loads!

So first week done. Not nearly as bad as I thought it would be. Only bad moment was this morning as my other half (aka selfish pig) and 2 yo daughter ate a full English breakfast :eek:. I could have killed him.. And eaten the evidence!

Any way. I'm having 4 packs a day mon-sat with 3 packs and a meal Sunday. So today we all had poached chicken, steamed broccoli and mash swede, and I'm stuffed! I still have a bar to eat..

I assumed 200g was a little bit of veg but I was wrong. It's loads!!

1week down, 11 to go.
 
Glad it has gone well. I also thought 200g was loads, but I was a veg dodger pre sns! Keep it up.
