First week and 10 lb loss

    So very chuffed!!!

    (Especially considering my mobility issues and now inactive I am)!!

    I was advised that losing 10-12% of my body weight would make a potentially significant difference to my back issues, pain and mobility so I have 16 lbs more to achieve to get to that first goal of 11% body weight lost!!

    I'm following Slim & Save, which I am really enjoying. It's pretty the only diet I have really been able to get in the "zone" with and commit 100%. Okay maybe 95% but that is still good for me!!!

    My weigh in day is tomorrow but I had a sneak peek this morning and i've lost another 4lbs so far this week! A stone in total for a fortnight!!
