9lbs for my first week day 3/4 were hard but once in ketotsis your hunger stops .

5lbs for me, as rose said once u get past day 3 or 4 the hnger reduces greatly....infact im never hungry now. i have cravings but cos im not hungry its easier to resist them lol x

Well i'm sort of switching between total solutions and the next one dependant on my work/singing schedule.

i'm hoping for 7 pounds :)

12.25lbs for me but I always lose about that much in my first week of a VLCD. It's because when I'm not on one, I don't drink hardly any water, and I eat tonnes of carbs and sweet things lol I think I store a lot of glycogen x
