First week.

    This is my first week and I'm really struggling to understand it. I'm doing the Extra Easy plan. I have not eaten much since I joined Tuesday because I'm worried about eating the wrong things. Have just snacked on rice crackers and 2 laughing cow light cheese triangles. Could anyone tell me if there are sins in that or if it's on the free foods. I am going to buy a book on my next class that has more free foods in. Thanks Cheryl xx
