First weigh in after 4 days

    and i lost 5.9lbs.YEY.
    Bit annoyed as i was rushed into choosing my packs and choose the wrong ones. So when i go back for my week weigh in i will swap them!
    They also forgot the flavourings that i bought and i had to remind them twice! :(
    I love the counsillor tho shes so down to earth and understanding.

    Cant wait till sat.

    Thank you your all so kind.
    Its reall spurred me on and now i dont even fancy food. I walked past the big croissant shop where i love even the smell let alone the food and i laughed at myself and thought one day i will have one when i skinny. Every now and then not every day and i will enjoy it more and not be worried people are looking at me thinking yep thats right fattys eating a croissant thats why shes fat!

    Well done I am on week 3 and 20 pound down, It is a good feeling isnt it. Being in control for once. I love watching cooking programmes and keep thinking I will make that when I can it looks healthy and i will only have a smallportion and enjoy it because I know now I dont need food to keep me happy
