Step 1 Sole Source First weigh in (after 6 days)

Hurrah! I've lost 6lbs, an inch off my waist, and an inch off my hips. I have a really small waist, so my CDC was really suprised!

I planned to lose 60lbs overall, so already a tenth of the way there!

Now I'm gonna tuck into a soup and feel very smug....
