Hi, guys!

REALLY stupid question here.

Just had my first weigh-in & I've gone from 13.9st to 13.3st!

I can't count so I'm really confused with how much I've lost.

When I put my details into details/status into minimins (on the left) it says I've lost 8lbs.. But that can't be right? When I use an online calculator it says I've lost 6.

Can anyone help me out here...? I'm a total numpty. Thanks!

OK.

If you were 13 stone 9 pounds to start that is a total of 191 pounds.

You now weigh 13 stone 3 pounds, which is now 185 pounds.

You have lost 6 pounds - well done!!

The details you have in your statistics are wrong - this is where you are getting confused I think.

Change that to a start weight of 191 pounds and take it from there.

Maybe sticking to just pounds when you weigh might be less confusing?

I am no good at numbers either, so don't worry!

Ok 13st 9lb is....191lbs
And 13st 3lb is....185lbs

So you've lost 6lbs.
