first weightin.. .... Very Happy.....

Had my first weigh today on day 6 as i have to work tomorrow, so chemist asked me to come in today, was glad as had some trouble sleeping lastnight. I lost 7lb ................ So thrilled.....................Onwards and downwards on the scales ,that is. Please god, log on here most nights and find it great help.. so thank u all.

As well as being new to Tfr, im also new to computers and this my first time on forums, havent a breeze really.lol, if im connecting or not.
