Another adaptation/variation of a GoodFood recipe:
Super-quick fish curry recipe - Recipes - BBC Good Food
I used
Bring to a simmer, season and add some vinegar to taste. Then add the fish in a layer on top - no need to stir. Put a lid on the pan and turn down the heat. Gently cook for 4-5 mins until the fish flakes easily. Give a gentle stir and serve immediately.
This fed 2 hungry adults, but with a bit more bread and rice should feed 4 non-dukaneers!

- 2 large onions , sliced chopped
- 2 garlic clove , chopped
- 1-2 tbsp curry spices to taste(I used 1 TB curry powder plus teaspoons of coriander, cinnamon and turmeric)
- Splash of vinegar
- Salt&Pepper to taste
- 400g can tomatoes
- 500 white fish fillets (I used frozen stuff, defrosted and in large chunks)
