Fish oil tablets

Just heard about the new super fish oil tablet called Bioglan. I was wondering if they would be allowed on SS? They're quite small and you only need to take 1-2 tablets a day. What do you think?

I'm not sure you need any supplements as the packs contain 100% of your RDA ?

I was interested in the fish oil tabs purely fo vanity's sake lol. I heard they're great for keeping the skin supple and luminous. I find that when I embark on a weight loss plan my skin gets really dry so I was hoping these supplements would help counteract that... I think I'll just ask my CDC on Friday. Thanks for responding!
