fish pie & fromaige frais

    can anyone help me on how to make one please. I've got smoked haddock & prawns but wud like to make a nice pie.............

    also I got some fromaige frais left ant ideas what i can do with it cheers in advance:)

    You could mix some grated cheese in to the fromage frai and use that for your sauce for the pie?

    Cook the fish first, put the cheesy fromage frais on top, then put your mash on top. Put under the grill to brown the mash slightly?

    Depends if you're doing extra easy or red days. If it's for a red day, you could use carrot and swede mash on the top or slice up a potato (leaving a the skin on) and top with the potato slices.

    OOoooo this sound yummy!! they did one on the hairy bikers which was loads of syns so this i might try!!

    thank you so much, done a bit of reserch and came up with this cod, smoked cod & prawns, fromanige frais add a egg instead of the cheese garlic, herbs, s & P mix all 2gether, also added spinich on top then the potatoes as hopefully this will prevent the pot sucking up all the liquids, but thanks for ur reply:)
