I love this recipe, and would like to share it with you, it's much nicer than it sounds! It's so quick and easy to make too, I hope you enjoy :eat:
P.s you can use any fish or/ and also shellfish! frozen or fresh!

200g of fish
2 cloves of garlic
1 onion
1 tsp chilli powder
400g tin of chopped tomatoes with herbs

Just pop everything into a saucepan and simmer until the fish is tender






 
How many servings would you get from this- sounds nice! (i'm right to say it's all free aren't I?)
I'm not a huge red day fan but I'm thinking I haven't been creative enough!!
I'm guna try this this week! :)
 
I would imagine 1-2 depending on how big ur appetite is.

It's all free, probably 2 portions, but I could eat it all:eat:
forgot to mention that it's lovely with a cold hard boiled egg...try it - I think i's yummy! :D
