So for the fizzy drinks addicts out there, I hope this thread helps. I've been surprised at the variety of flavours I've managed to find that are sugar free and have 1 calorie or less per 250ml, which is I believe the common rule.

I'll share my findings with you, with prices where I've remembered them, and then anyone else can add their own that I've missed :)

ASDA:

Blackcurrantade - 2 litre bottle - 65p each or 4 for £2
Coke Zero Cherry - 2 litre bottle - £1
Cream Soda - 2 litre bottle - 65p each or 4 for £2

Morrisons:

Ginger Beer - 2 litre bottle -
Cream Soda - 2 litre bottle -

Aldi:

Vive Coke Zero - 2 litre bottle - 42p each

Tesco:

Xero Cola - 2 litre bottle - 57p each or 4 for £2
Xero Cola Cherry - 2 litre bottle - 57p each or 4 for £2
Tesco Value Lemonade - 2 litre bottle - 17p each

Tesco do their own ginger beer and cream sofa as well

I've tried a few different flavours, I bought the sprite last week and once had dandelion and burdock. Both stalled me. Sticking to aldi coke zero now LOL, or soda stream diet coke.

Ooh might try this! I've only ever had diet coke whilst on dukan and its not good on the pocket
:-(

I buy Aldi Coke Zero (black lid) its only about 50p a bottle, very tasty too LOL

Asda and morrisons own brand cream soda is Dukan safe that I know of. I haven't looked at the tesco one yet to be honnest.
I've just updated my list also, with some new finds at a big tesco I went to recently, including a Dukan safe lemonade!
