Fizzy water question?

Hi guys,

whilst ive been on LT ive just been having normal water, so thinking as it is friday and all, i may treat myself tonight to some fizzy water in a wine glass! (its the little things huh...)

My question is, what are the do's and don't's for fizzy water? Am i aloud flavoured etc etc?
