FLAT OR FIZZY WATER??

Has anyone noticed any difference in their weight loss depending on the type of water they get through?? I struggle to drink plain water but can get 3 lts+ of fizzy water down no bother.

I dont like fizzy water, i allways drink plain water..

i might though try some fizzy water with the water flavouring, bet thats nice! orange ade yum yum lol..
 
I started in oct and drank nothing but fizzy water, drink still water now as had fizzy water overload and seems to be same kind of loss!!
 
i mix and match. Not noticed any difference between the 2 as far as weight loss goes.
 
I drank mostly fizzy water when sole sourcing - I did not notice a difference in my losses when I drank still water.
 
Either still or sparkling water is fine on CD and won't make any difference to your rate of loss whichever you drink. Just make sure you steer clear of the flavoured ones as they often contain sugar.

If you can drink 3 litres + of sparkling water then go for it. Happy glugging :D
