Has anyone noticed any difference in their weight loss depending on the type of water they get through?? I struggle to drink plain water but can get 3 lts+ of fizzy water down no bother.
Either still or sparkling water is fine on CD and won't make any difference to your rate of loss whichever you drink. Just make sure you steer clear of the flavoured ones as they often contain sugar.
If you can drink 3 litres + of sparkling water then go for it. Happy glugging
