Yeah flexi synning is basically knowing in advance that it's not practical to stick to the plan on a particular night, so setting yourself a particular limit on what syns you're going to have (eg 20, 30, 50, whatever you choose) and then STICKING to that limit - count the syns youre having on your night out and stop eating/drinking when you run out of your allocated syns. Then you go back to the normal plan the next day. You do this in the knowledge and acceptance you may not lose this week.

Its basically a way to have a night out whilst remaining in control of what you're eating/drinking instead of thinking "sod it" and going entirely off plan.

thats great thank you, does that mean that you dont deduct syns the rest of the week and just carry on with the 15 a day if u choose to use them?

Yep, just carry on as a normal SW day. You can reduce the syns if you want to, but you dont have to.
