Lost 4.5lb this week!!!!
I'm now 9st 13lb :)

Only another 5lb until I reach BMI 25 - so will start to move up the plans then..

I am having an doing Step 2 this week because of exercise...

Feel like this today!! I've put on half a pound this week... And up 1cm on my waist!

Feeling really fed up - I've only lost about 3lb in the last 4 weeks - yes I've had 2 days off plan but other than that I've been 100% on SS or SS+

Just feeling really down today - I've still got a long way to go!

Has Friday off plan... Back on SS this week... No weigh in until next Saturday (didn't want to get disheartened by a gain)

Will need to move up to step 2 soon so want to stick to SS until I get to BMI 25

Do you think you'd manage better on alternate day VLCD? You wouldn't be in ketosis but you'd be cutting calories.

Went to a baby shower today and avoided all the cakes, buffet, chips etc - feeling pleased about that :)

I'm impressed with your "building your resistance muscle". Maybe you could 5:2 (five SS+ two SS and the 2 SS not together).
 
Agree with the last poster about the odd SS day. i also wouldnt start moving up the steps until you've hit your goal weight as you might need longer SS'ing to get you out of the habit of going off plan for a few days at a time.
 
You have to start moving up the plans when you hit BMI 25 - I'm currently BMI 26... My goal BMI is 23.6 - so I will not be able to SS until goal.

My plan is to SS/SS+ now until BMI then follow step 2 until goal - the follow the rest of the steps for a couple of weeks at a time.

Mel - I totally agree on the 5:2 thing - I will SS on my two days off exercise and SS+ on the other five days :)
