3eggs, fat free fromage frais, peppers, chilli, onion, full tin tuna chunks in brine, 42g half fat cheese HEXA made as omelette
now im not actually hungry as i had a late dinner so is it ok to skip tea and just have fruit later on? plus ive hardly used my syns today is this ok? if not im sure i could force a chocolate bar down later
